Certificate of Occupancy / Change of Use Permit

A change of use or structural expansion in an existing commercial, industrial, or multi-family structure separately triggers Major Site Plan Review under Kalispell Municipal Code Section 27.20 before a building permit/CO can be finalized. Requirements
