Requirements
- THE APPOINTMENT IS WITH A SPECIFIC PERSON, AND THE WRONG ONE IS REFUSED: "Please select your assigned permit tech link to book an appointment. Selecting a permit tech that is not assigned to your project will result in a declined appointment." The city publishes each technician's own booking link; the names are not reproduced here because staff assignments change and a stale name is worse than none.
- A SUBMITTAL NEEDS AN ADDRESS AND AN APN: "Please note that a new submittal must have an address and an APN for the Building Department to review the plans."
