Structural framing per approved plans; for buildings subject to City Code 5-1-3 (commercial, industrial, public/semipublic use, over two stories, or concrete/masonry/metal/heavy wood beam construction), this means framing per the architect-stamped plans and specifications submitted with the application

Final / Certificate of Occupancy
Final building inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy; electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trade inspections are conducted under the separate state DOPL permitting/inspection process rather than by the City.
