The Cache County Building Division issues permits for unincorporated county areas and many incorporated municipalities (Amalga, Avon, Benson, Cornish, Cove, Hyrum, Millville, Paradise, Petersboro, Providence, Richmond, River Heights, Smithfield, Trenton, Wellsville). Logan City and several others issue their own permits.
