KENT'S PERMIT FEE AMOUNTS ARE NOT IN ITS CODE. KCC 14.01.100 provides in full that "The city council shall, by resolution, establish the fees to be assessed to implement and operate the codes adopted in this chapter." So no amount is printed here - the schedule is a council resolution, published and changed separately. Ask the City of Kent for the current fee resolution. ONE FEE-ADJACENT RULE IS IN THE CODE: an appeal to the hearing examiner "shall be accompanied by payment of the filing fee", so appealing is not free.
