When the building pad is complete and concrete forms are set, before any plumbing is installed

Before concrete is poured: underground plumbing and electrical, rebar for foundations, required hold-downs, footing depth/width, and UFER electrical grounding placement

Sheathing & Framing
Framing member spacing and size, ties and clips, headers and lintels, shear wall location and size

Pre-Drywall
Rough plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; window safety glazing; exterior weatherproof covering in place before stucco; tile roofs must be loaded and truss calculations on site

Lath
After lathing is in place but before plaster, stucco, gypsum board finishing, or covering materials are applied

Drywall Nailing Inspection
After drywall is up, before any tape is applied

Conducted by Public Works, where applicable
