Final inspection when all work is complete; certificate is automatically generated upon permit completion.

Final Inspection / Certificate of Occupancy
Final inspection is conducted when all work is complete. A Certificate of Occupancy is automatically generated upon completion. A Certificate of Occupancy may also be required for a Change of Use even without physical construction.

Inspections are conducted Monday–Friday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Final Inspection
Final inspection is conducted when all work on the project is completed, including off-site (right-of-way) and on-site (lot) improvements. Upon passing final, the permit is closed and a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion is generated. For utility meter set after final inspection, call 480-644-2221.
