Requirements
- WALK-IN AND OVER-THE-COUNTER PLAN REVIEW IS A MORNING-ONLY SERVICE: "7:30 - 11:00 AM or by appointment (M-TH)", "8:00 - 11:00 AM or by appointment (F)". Permit issuance itself runs all day, so arriving in the afternoon means you can collect but not be reviewed.
