- THE PORTAL LIVES ON A DIFFERENT DOMAIN FROM THE WEBSITE. Client Self Service is at portal.cityofmissionviejo.org while the pages are on missionviejo.gov. Both are the city, but a reader checking a link's domain before entering details will see a mismatch that is expected here.
- THE COUNTER STOPS TAKING PEOPLE BEFORE IT CLOSES, AND BY TWO DIFFERENT MARGINS: "Last sign in (morning) 11:45 am" against a noon lunch closure, and "Last sign in (afternoon) 3:30 pm" against a 4 pm close. Fifteen minutes in the morning, thirty in the afternoon.
