- REPAIR IS INSIDE THE TRIGGER. The prohibition names installed, altered, replaced AND repaired - a repair is not outside the permit requirement.
- A POTENTIALLY DESIGNATED PROPERTY LOSES THE SIMPLE ROUTE. The no-plan mechanical permit is for non-historically or potentially designated properties only, so a 45-year-old house may be pushed onto the plan track.
