Tips
- THE COUNTER IS CLOSED ON ALTERNATING FRIDAYS. The Permit Center page states "Closed Alternate Fridays" with the "First Open Friday" running a half day, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A Friday trip is the one that can waste a journey.
- TWO CITY PAGES STATE THE HOURS DIFFERENTLY - the Permit Center page says Monday to Friday with alternating Friday closures, while the Building & Life Safety page says "Monday - Thursday; Closed every other Friday". This record carries both rather than choosing between them.
