Requirements

THREE SUBMISSION ROUTES, AND ONE OF THEM IS A BOX: "Submit in person to City Hall East front counter between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; or Use the drop box at the City Hall East building entrance to leave an application, payment and/or flash drive; or Submit documents online using the Online File Drop."
WHO MAY HOLD A PERMIT IS RESTRICTED: "Permits will only be issued to property owners or State Licensed Contractors."
MONEY COMES BEFORE REVIEW: "Payment of plan check fees will be required before processing." Submitting without paying does not start the clock.
PAPER ON SITE AT INSPECTION: "Permit and Inspection cards will be required on the job site at the time of inspection."
