- THE COUNTER OPENS LATER ON FRIDAYS — 'Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.' A Friday visit planned for 8 a.m. will find it shut.
