Structural framing per approved plans, including fire-rated assemblies, fire-stop material, and structural details called out in the stamped structural plans

Fire/Life-Safety Systems
Sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and/or kitchen hood suppression system rough-in and final inspection, tied to the Fire Department's Life Safety Systems Plan Review and Inspection fees

Final / Certificate of Occupancy
Final inspection required before Certificate of Occupancy is issued; Health District approval letter required first if food is prepared on site
