  • Submit the City of Salmon Building Permit Application (distinct from the county application) in person or electronically at 200 Fulton St, Suite 204
  • Site plan required for any application involving exterior work, showing setbacks, septic/drain field locations, and driveway access
  • Approved access permit required from Lemhi County Road & Bridge (or ITD for state highways) before addressing can be assigned, for new accesses
  • Applicant must determine Ground Snow Load via ASCE Hazard Tool and ensure truss design matches
