    Building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, accessibility, energy, and life-safety final inspection by the Building Department

    Fire, sprinkler, fire alarm, and alternate suppression system final inspection by the Building/Fire division

    Zoning, Parks, Public Works & Fire Sign-off
