Requirements

UNRESOLVED (2026-07-16): unlike the matching $.035/sq ft mechanical rate, which Winnemucca Municipal Code 15.04.180(C) directly codifies, WMC 15.04.110 (NEC local modifications, read live via Municode) codifies a DIFFERENT electrical fee mechanism for the City — 'Fee schedule shall be Table 3-A of the 1990 Uniform Administrative Code Provisions of the National Electric Code 1990 Edition, except permit issuance fee shall be twenty dollars' — with no per-square-foot component at all. The $.035/sq ft figure is retained here as the best live evidence (it is what's printed on the actual shared application form), but it is not corroborated by the City's own ordinance text; confirm with the Building Department before relying on it for a City of Winnemucca electrical permit specifically
