VerifiedRequired for new single-family and two-family residential construction, additions, remodels, and any work regulated by the adopted 2021 IRC/IBC in Moab, including detached accessory dwelling units (Type 1 ADUs) built under Moab Municipal Code Chapter 17.70. Fees are valuation-based per the City's Master Fee Schedule (Moab Municipal Code § 3.50.165), most recently amended by Ordinance #2025-08 (effective June 24, 2025).
