Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins before walls closed.

Insulation on exterior walls, vapor barrier placement.

Drywall, fixtures, smoke/CO detectors, and all finishes complete.

Before concrete pour — verify excavation, forms, rebar, and anchor bolts
