  • Site plan approval must be obtained prior to building permit submittal for any commercial and/or residential development — site plan applications are submitted separately to the main office, not through the building permit portal
  • Proof of payment for both culinary water (Bona Vista Water Improvement District) and secondary water (Pineview Water Systems or Mountain View Irrigation, depending on service area) required before inspections will be scheduled
