   Final / Certificate of Occupancy

   All code-required work complete per approved plans; Certificate of Occupancy issued at conclusion.

   Rough electrical wiring and conduit inspected before walls are closed.

2. 2

   Final Electrical

   All electrical work complete per approved plans; outlets, panels, fixtures, and service inspected at final.

   Charging circuit wiring and conduit inspected before walls are closed

   Final Electrical

   Charging equipment installed per approved plans; outlets, panel, and service inspected at final

   Rough ductwork and mechanical rough-in inspected before walls are closed.

   Final Mechanical

   HVAC equipment, ductwork, venting, and all mechanical systems inspected at final.

   Underground and rough-in plumbing inspected before walls are closed or concrete is poured.

   Final Plumbing

   All plumbing fixtures and connections inspected at final.

   Rough framing, rough electrical, plumbing, and mechanical inspected before insulation and drywall, as applicable to the scope of work.

   Final

   All permitted work complete per approved plans; final inspection before Certificate of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy.

Applies to: Residential Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Permit

   Rough / Electrical Inspection

   Wiring, conduit, and electrical connections inspected before system is energized.

2. 2

   Final / PV Inspection

   Complete PV installation inspected per approved plans; system must not be energized before passing final inspection.

Applies to: Roofing Permit

   Roof Deck / Underlayment

   Roof deck, underlayment, and flashing inspected before covering material is applied (for permitted roofing projects).

2. 2

   Final Roof

   Completed roofing inspected per approved plans.

Applies to: Swimming Pool Permit

   Pre-gunite / Structural

   Pool shell, bonding, and structural elements inspected before gunite or concrete is applied.

2. 2

   Final / Barrier Inspection

   Complete pool installation inspected per approved plans including full pool barrier compliance (fence, gates, pool signs permanently mounted with metal screws). An adult must be home for the final inspection.
