Existing permits "will continue to be managed through TrakiT until the permits are migrated". And anything submitted before 8/10/26 is checked for status in eTRAKiT. Directly beneath, it offers over-the-counter plan checks where "for certain small-scale projects, you can bring your plans to our office and we will review them on the spot." The page gives two answers. The body says "Counter Hours of Operation - Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm"; the contact block on the same page says "Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm". They differ at both ends, so confirm before an early or late visit.
