    Before concrete pour, per 36-inch frost depth requirement

    Rough Framing

    Structural framing complete before cover

  3. 3

    Final Inspection

    All City-permitted work complete per approved plans; must be scheduled within 10 working days of job completion. Electrical and plumbing final inspections are conducted separately by the State of Colorado, not the City
