Phone
303-762-2357 (Building Department main line); 303-762-2356
Office hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (holidays excepted) — per the City's general Contact Us / Business Hours page (englewoodco.gov/our-city/contact-us); no Building & Codes Division-specific hours are separately published, so this is City Hall's general business hours as of verification.

Published scheduling rules

  • The Solar Energy Resources page reports 719 residential solar PV permits issued since 2015 and an average residential solar inspection turnaround of 24 hours — that 24-hour figure describes inspection scheduling/turnaround, not the 5-business-day plan-review/issuance commitment, and the two should not be conflated.
