    Forms & steel in place; Foundation ILC must be received by Building Official prior to this inspection

    Foundation Damp-proofing

    Foundation Insulation

    Foundation Drain

    Properly bedded, prior to cover-up

  6. 6

    Underground Plumbing / Underground Electric / Concrete Slab Prep

    Prior to cover; on test as applicable

  7. 7

    Rough Plumbing / Rough Mechanical / Rough Electric

    Installed and on test prior to cover

  8. 8

    Framing

    After plumbing, mechanical & electric rough inspections are approved; ridgeline ILC required first if applicable

    Insulation

    Insulation certificate must be received by Building Official prior to this inspection

    Roof Underlayment, Fireplace Chase, Gypsum Board Nail/Screw

    Sequenced finish-stage inspections

    Final Building Inspection

    After completion of paint, finish, parking, landscaping, cleanup; requires Summit County Health Department (septic) or Upper Blue Sanitation District (sewer) approval, and HOA approval for certain subdivisions; blower door test/air-sealing sign-off required

    RWBFPD Fire Prevention Division reviews submitted system plans/shop drawings before permit issuance

    Rough-In Inspection

    Piping (sprinkler) or wiring/devices (alarm) in place before concealment

  3. 3

    Final / Acceptance Test

    Hydrostatic and flow test for sprinkler systems; full alarm functional test and central-station monitoring connection verified for detection systems
