   Building Inspector Approval

   Final sign-off by the Building Inspector, the same generic sign-off documented on the application form for Wilder's residential building permit; the City does not publish a separate multi-stage commercial inspection sequence (e.g., foundation/framing/final)

   Wilder Rural Fire Protection District Inspection

   Where Fire District approval applies, the District's Building/Driveway Permit Application separates a paper review of the building permit itself from a site inspection recorded as the application's "Date Inspected" step, which approves or denies an Occupancy Permit; the same application checks driveway access-road width and surface and either fire-hydrant water-supply capacity or an NFPA 13D sprinkler system installed in its place, with a follow-up inspection date provided if reinspection is needed before the District's per-inspection charge applies

   Certificate of Occupancy and Compliance

   Wilder City Code section 3-4-4 requires a certificate of occupancy and compliance from the building inspector before any building may be occupied, used, or changed in use, stating that the building or proposed use complies with the city's building and health laws and the zoning regulations; a denial can be appealed to the city council under the hearing procedure at section 3-4-5
