- If the project is not ready when the inspector arrives for a scheduled inspection, a $30/hour fee (1-hour minimum) applies. (Residential Building Permit (New Construction / Addition))
- Schedule inspections at least 6 business hours in advance — a re-inspection or not-ready fee of $30.00/hour (1-hour minimum) applies if the project isn't ready when the inspector arrives. (Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Permit)
