    Per IRC R109.1 — verifies compliance with 54 ft road-center setback and interior lot-line setbacks (15 ft generally, 5 ft in the Industrial Commercial (IC) zone)

    Per IRC 109.3, 109.4, 109.1.5

  3. 3

    Foundation

    Per IRC R109.1.1

  4. 4

    Shear Wall

    Verifies shear wall construction per approved plans

  5. 5

    Rough Framing

    Conducted after State Electrical Rough, Plumbing Rough, and HVAC Rough inspections (IRC R109.4) — coordinate with Idaho DOPL trade inspections first

    Energy

    Energy code compliance per adopted 2018 IECC / Rescheck analysis

  7. 7

    Wall Board

    Verifies wall board/drywall installation prior to closing walls

    Final
