Published scheduling rules

  • Elmore County spans a huge elevation range (Mountain Home valley floor up through Featherville, Pine, Atlanta, and Rocky Bar in the mountains) — footing depth, snow load, and inspection scheduling all vary by elevation zone. Structures above ~5,000 ft (above Tollgate) require an engineer-stamped 120 lbs/sq ft snow load / 115 mph wind report. (General)
