   After wiring installed, before walls closed — verify box placement, wire sizing, proper support

   Panel installation, grounding electrode system, service entrance conductors. WVC contacts Rocky Mountain Power to authorize power after approval.

   All devices installed, GFCI/AFCI protection verified, panel labeled

Applies to: Change of Use / Certificate of Occupancy Permit

   WVC Building Inspection Division field final verifying life-safety and code compliance for the new use or occupancy

   Hydrostatic test of sprinkler/standpipe piping and/or full functional test of the fire alarm system, witnessed and approved by the WVC Fire Marshal before the system is placed in service or the space is occupied
