    The 2021 editions. The building code chapter (ACC 15.08A.011) does not say so - it adopts the IBC "as adopted in Chapter 15.07 ACC and hereafter amended by the State Building Code Council". Chapter 15.07 is where the year is: "The 2021 International Building Code is adopted by reference". So the edition and the amendments live in different chapters.

    Both. Auburn's own code contemplates review "in the superior court of King or Pierce County", and the federal census place record carries no county at all for exactly this reason.
