    Foundation Wall

    After all forms and rebar in place, prior to pouring concrete

  5. 5

    Underground Plumbing

    After underground plumbing installed, prior to covering/concrete

  6. 6

    Rough Plumbing

    After all waste, vent, and water piping installed

  7. 7

    Rough Mechanical

    After venting and ductwork installed

  8. 8

    Electrical (State)

    Contact the State of Wyoming Electrical Inspector directly — not performed by the City

  9. 9

    Rough Framing

    After rough plumbing/mechanical approved and after roofing, framing, and fire blocking complete and structure weather-proofed

  10. 10

    Sheetrock

    After all sheetrock installed and fastened at required spacing

  11. 11

    Final Construction

    Building complete and ready for occupancy, including grading, sidewalks, driveways, curb box, and sewer clean-out to finished grade

    Certificate of Occupancy

    Required prior to moving furnishings into the building

    Underground Plumbing

    After underground plumbing installed and prior to covering/concrete

    Rough Plumbing

    After all waste, vent, and water piping installed

    Equipment operational and inspected per approved plans

    Property lines and setbacks checked; forms in place before concrete pour

    Rough Framing

    After rough plumbing/mechanical approved and roofing/framing/fire blocking complete

    Standard Building Permit Inspections (for the new use)

    Same inspection sequence as the underlying permit type matching the new use, culminating in a Certificate of Occupancy

    Issued once inspections for the new use are approved; required prior to occupying/using the space for the new use

    Performed by the Uinta County Fire Protection and Emergency Services Joint Powers Board, acting as the City's designated IFC 'Chief'/'Fire Marshal' authority

    Roof penetration, racking attachment, and structural connections — performed by the City
