After underground plumbing installed, prior to covering/concrete

Rough Plumbing
After all waste, vent, and water piping installed

After venting and ductwork installed

Electrical (State)
Contact the State of Wyoming Electrical Inspector directly — not performed by the City

Rough Framing
After rough plumbing/mechanical approved and after roofing, framing, and fire blocking complete and structure weather-proofed
