    Under-slab piping/compaction approved before concrete pour; OR floor framing (sill plate, joists, girders) approved before floor sheathing

  4. 4

    Roof Sheathing, Shear Walls and Anchorage

    Approved before building wrap, window flashing, air barrier, and roof covering installation

  5. 5

    Building Wrap / Window Flashing

    Approved before pre-drywall/rough trades begin

  6. 6

    Rough Combo (Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical)

    Approved before insulation installation and before drywall covering

  7. 7

    Insulation

    Approved before drywall covering — roof/ceiling R-38, floor R-30, walls R-15 minimum per county schedule

    Drywall Nailing

    Approved before tape and texture

Applies to: Electrical Permit

    Rough-In / Service Inspection

    Wiring installed before wall cover, or service equipment installed before energizing; verifies conductor sizing, landing, labeling, address posting, and grounding electrode per the county's minimum service requirements

  2. 2

    Final / Green Tag

    Apache County issues a 'green tag' clearance to energize once all minimum service requirements are verified; failure to meet requirements results in inspection failure and denial of the request

Applies to: EV Charger / EVSE Permit

  1. 1

    Rough-In / Service Inspection

    Required if the EV charger installation involves a new circuit or service equipment; verifies conductor sizing, landing, labeling, and grounding electrode per the county's minimum service requirements

    Final / Green Tag

    Apache County issues a 'green tag' clearance to energize once all minimum service requirements are verified

Applies to: Manufactured Home Installation Permit

    First Safety Inspection (Installation Start)

    Called in at the start of installation; building inspections 928-337-7527, septic inspections 928-337-7607

  2. 2

    Final / Certificate of Occupancy

    After all safety inspections pass, obtain the Certificate of Occupancy for the home and the Discharge Authorization for the septic system
