| Gas Permit (verified-negative — no distinct fee line item) | Not separately itemized | Chased 2026-07-23 against the Town's live Schedule of Fees and Charges (New Fee Schedule.pdf), which itemizes Solar, Solar Panel Upgrade, Electrical Upgrade, and Communication Towers fees but has no separate 'Gas' or 'Gas Permit' line item. Gas-line work filed under this combined Solar/Electrical/Gas/Cell Tower category most likely falls under the general Electrical Upgrade fee ($50.00) plus the $100.00 Administrative Fee, but the schedule does not say so explicitly — confirm the exact gas-specific fee with the Planning & Zoning Administrator (928-322-4860, building@pimatown.az.gov) before budgeting. |

Sign / Fence Permit
VerifiedRequired for installation of signs or fences within Town of Pima limits. Applications are submitted through the Town's iWorq Citizen Portal under a dedicated Sign/Fence application category. The Town's own live Town Code (Section 12-3-2.B.7/B.8, AR Zone) publishes specific fence-height and small home-occupation-sign standards, and the Town's live Schedule of Fees and Charges publishes specific fees for both.

Requirements
- Permit required for sign or fence installation within Town of Pima limits
- Submitted via the Town of Pima iWorq Citizen Portal under the Sign/Fence application link
- GAP PARTIALLY CLOSED 2026-07-23: Town Code Section 12-3-2.B.7 (AR — Agricultural Residential Zone, the Town's primary zoning district) publishes fence/wall/hedge height standards: front (nearest street-facing) may be 3 ft sight-obscuring or 4 ft non-sight-obscuring; rear up to but not exceeding 6 ft; sides up to but not exceeding 6 ft, except the front 20 ft of a side fence must be 3 ft sight-obscuring or 4 ft non-sight-obscuring; corner lots or lots bordering alleys must have a minimum 20 ft of 3 ft sight-obscuring/4 ft non-sight-obscuring fencing (an exception allows a 45-degree cut corner at 20 ft back, same height/material as the rest of the wall). These are the only fence standards located; they are specific to the AR Zone and may differ in the Town's other zones (MH/MF, CC, IN) — confirm zone-specific rules with Planning & Zoning before installation.
- Town Code Section 12-3-2.B.8 (AR Zone) separately permits small signs (home-occupation or residential-property-for-sale signs) up to 8 sq ft, set back a minimum of 10 ft from public streets, without further specifying standards for other sign types/zones — for larger or commercial signage, confirm applicable standards with Planning & Zoning.

| Fence Permit | $0.75 per linear foot | Town of Pima Schedule of Fees and Charges (New Fee Schedule.pdf, found live 2026-07-23), Planning and Zoning table ('.75 per Linear Feet'). The Fence Permit is explicitly the ONE permit type exempted from the schedule's $100.00 Administrative Fee. |
| Sign Permit (15 sq ft or less) | $50.00 per sign | Town of Pima Schedule of Fees and Charges, Planning and Zoning table ('Sign Permit < 15 Sq Ft'). Plus the $100.00 Administrative Fee (signs are not exempted the way fence permits are). |
| Billboard / Sign Permit (over 15 sq ft) | $150.00 per sign | Town of Pima Schedule of Fees and Charges, Planning and Zoning table ('Billboard/ Sign Permit >15 Sq Ft'). Plus the $100.00 Administrative Fee. |
| All Other Signs Permit | $100.00 per sign | Town of Pima Schedule of Fees and Charges, Planning and Zoning table. Plus the $100.00 Administrative Fee. |
EV Charger / EVSE Permit
VerifiedThe Town of Pima has no EV-charger-specific permit type, application, or fee. An EV charger (EVSE) installation is electrical work and is filed under the Town's combined Solar/Electrical/Gas/Cell Tower Permit category on the iWorq Citizen Portal, the same as any other electrical work in Town limits. Utility interconnection (where applicable) must be separately coordinated with Graham County Electric, the local rural electric cooperative. No published fee amount was found for this combined electrical category, EV-specific or otherwise.

|---|---|---|
| Electrical Upgrade (applies to an EV charger circuit; no EV-specific line item exists) | $50.00 | GAP CLOSED 2026-07-23 as a verified-negative plus a real applicable figure: the Town's own live Schedule of Fees and Charges (New Fee Schedule.pdf) itemizes Solar Permit, Solar Electrical Panel Upgrade, Electrical Upgrade, and Communication Towers fees within the Planning and Zoning table, but has NO distinct 'EV', 'EVSE', or 'EV Charger' line item — confirming there is genuinely no EV-specific fee, published or otherwise. An EV charger circuit is electrical work, so the general 'Electrical Upgrade' fee of $50.00 is the applicable published figure, plus the $100.00 Administrative Fee. |
| Administrative Fee | $100.00 | Added to all permits under this category except the Fence Permit. Town of Pima Schedule of Fees and Charges, Planning and Zoning table. |
