Tips
- As of July 2026, the City of Cottonwood does not appear to publish permit-specific plan review turnaround times for plumbing permits on its public website. There is no verifiable online source for a specific day-count for this permit type — call the Community Development Department at (928) 634-5505 directly.
- Most plumbing work is billed on a per-fixture/per-device basis ($45.24 base plus itemized fees) rather than by valuation.
- Plastic sewer piping now requires a tracer wire under the City's 2025 IPC amendment (§ P2604.5) — a new requirement not found in the base 2024 IPC.
