    After structural framing complete, before wall cover

    Completed construction inspected for code compliance prior to occupancy

    Prior to concrete pour — verify forms, rebar, and footing dimensions per the county's amended 2018 IRC/IBC

    Framing

    Structural framing complete per approved plans, before insulation or wall cover

    Final

    Completed construction inspected for code compliance; schedule by calling (928) 817-5196 before 4:00 p.m. for next-business-day service
