Before concrete pour; must be inspected/reported by a Colorado-licensed professional engineer or registered architect per local amendment R109.1.1.1, in addition to the Town's own foundation inspection

Structural framing per 2024 IRC and approved plans

Verifies wiring, panel capacity, and — where a solar-ready zone is installed — conduit/prewiring from the solar-ready zone to the electrical panel (local amendment R105.2.4.1)

Verifies insulation types/R-values and fenestration U-factors before interior finish, per local amendment R105.2.4.2
