    Final building inspection prior to Certificate of Occupancy.

Applies to: New Single-Family Dwelling, Duplex, or Townhouse Building Permit

    Footing/Foundation

    Per the Town-adopted 2021 IRC/IBC.

    Framing

    Structural framing inspection consistent with the adopted 2021 IRC/IBC.

  3. 3

    Final

    Final building inspection prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.

Applies to: Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm System Permit

  1. 1

    Rough-in Inspection

    Sprinkler piping/hangers or fire alarm rough wiring inspection prior to concealment; included within the base permit fee per CRFPD's own fee-schedule language ('including rough-in and final inspections').

    Final Inspection

    Final sprinkler and/or fire alarm system inspection; included within the base permit fee. A failed inspection that requires reinspection outside normal business hours is billed separately under the After Hours Inspection/Reinspection fee line.
