Required at time of foundation completion and before any other construction is commenced, per the face of the City's Building Permit Application

Structural framing complete before cover

Rough Plumbing / Rough Mechanical
Trade rough-ins before concealment; electrical rough-in is inspected separately by the State of Colorado, not the City

Final Inspection
All City-permitted work (building, plumbing, mechanical) complete per approved plans; a separate final electrical inspection/sign-off from the State of Colorado is required before occupancy; a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the structure has passed all final inspections and the use tax is paid
