   Required only if the TI scope includes structural alterations, demising wall changes, or new framing — before wall cover

   Required if the TI scope modifies or extends the fire sprinkler or fire alarm system; inspected under Building Fire Fees, Section 1.5 of the City Fee Schedule

   MEP Rough-In

   Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in before wall cover — separate trade sub-permits required

   Final

   All work complete per approved plans; Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion issued after passing
