Floor framing and shear wall inspection prior to enclosing structural elements

Rough-In (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)
Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in inspections are performed by Idaho DOPL (not the City); DOPL rough-in sign-off is required before the City's framing inspection can be requested

Requested after DOPL rough-ins are signed off and windows/doors are sealed
