    Foundation and footing placement verified against approved plans and property setbacks; concrete inspections are given scheduling priority

    Floor Framing / Shear Wall

    Floor framing and shear wall inspection prior to enclosing structural elements

  3. 3

    Rough-In (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)

    Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in inspections are performed by Idaho DOPL (not the City); DOPL rough-in sign-off is required before the City's framing inspection can be requested

  4. 4

    Framing

    Requested after DOPL rough-ins are signed off and windows/doors are sealed

  5. 5

    Insulation

    Insulation inspection prior to drywall/finish cover

  6. 6

    Final (Building, plus DOPL Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing finals)

    All final inspections (building final from the City; electrical/mechanical/plumbing finals from DOPL) must be complete before Certificate of Occupancy is processed
