    Pre-application visit to classify the project as Same Occupancy, Minor Change, or Major Change; determines the remainder of the review/permit path

    Construction Inspections (as applicable)

    Required inspections and approvals for any permitted building/mechanical/sign work performed under a Minor or Major Change permit

  3. 3

    Final / Certificate of Occupancy

    Certificate of Occupancy issued once required inspections and approvals are complete and, for Same Occupancy/Minor Change, the permit invoice is paid; for Major Change, any finalizations are also submitted on the Regulatory Compliance Form

    Wiring and box placement before walls are closed, performed by a State of Idaho DOPL inspector

Applies to: EV Charging Station Permit (State-Issued Electrical Permit)

    Required only if new circuit wiring is enclosed before final; conduit runs, wire sizing, and grounding verified (DOPL electrical inspection)
