    After framing, sheathing, roof, and rough-in trades complete — before insulation or wall cover

    MEP Rough-In

    Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-in before walls are covered — may be combined with framing inspection

    Insulation / Energy

    Insulation and energy compliance items verified before drywall — 2024 IECC compliance

  6. 6

    Final

    All work complete, certificate of occupancy issued — all trades, site grading, address signage, smoke/CO detectors verified

    Pool barrier installed and compliant (minimum 48-inch height, self-closing/latching gate) before water is introduced
