    Footing, stem wall, and under-slab inspection required prior to placing concrete

    Underfloor

    Required prior to installing plywood subfloor

  3. 3

    Utilities (Trench)

    All trenches behind electrical and gas meters; testing of new lines

    Roof-Framing

    Required prior to covering the roof

  5. 5

    Shear Nailing

    Wall sheathing nailing including required structural hold-downs

  6. 6

    Stucco/Veneer Lath

    Lath inspection prior to applying stucco or veneer finish

    Rough Frame / Electric / Plumbing / HVAC

    Combined rough inspection including leak tests; building must be weathered-in (roofing and door/window weather protection complete)

    Insulation

    Building insulation, thermal wrap, ductwork leak test, and related energy-code certifications of compliance

    Completed sign verified against approved elevations, height, and location; electrical connections and grounding verified if illuminated

    Owner, Public Works, NV Energy, and Southwest Gas sign-off confirming water, sewer, gas, and electrical services are disconnected and capped/de-energized before demolition proceeds

    Site restoration verified: lot filled and maintained to existing grade, debris removed, drainage provisions in place

    Final Acceptance Test

    Hydrostatic/flow acceptance test of the sprinkler system (NFPA 13) and functional test of the fire alarm system (NFPA 72); a floor and site plan showing hydrant locations, gas/electrical shutoffs, lock box location, annunciator panel, and FDC/PIV location must be provided to NLCFPD at building final (8.5in x 11in, two copies)
