    MEP Rough-In

    Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in verified against submitted plans. Scheduled via Building Inspections line 801-825-1477, option 4.

    Commercial Fire Inspection

    Separate fire inspection line item ($100.00 per inspection) distinct from the general building inspection sequence.

  5. 5

    Final

    All work complete before occupancy.

    Framing / Fire-Rated Assembly

    Wall construction and any fire-rated/occupancy separation assemblies verified before close-in.

    MEP Rough-In

    Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in verified against submitted plans.

    Final

    All finishes complete, verified before occupancy.

    Initial Fire System Inspection (Water Flow / Fire Alarm / Suppression / Specialized / Misc.)
