Forms and reinforcing steel in place before concrete pour; UFER ground verified.

Underground Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical
All underground or under-slab work before burial or concrete covering. Under-slab plumbing: minimum 5 PSI air test or 5-foot head of water for 15 minutes. Underground power trench: before backfilling, 48-inch minimum depth.

Exterior Shear Wall
All structural sheathing, foundation straps, and mechanical connectors on exterior before weather barrier installation.

Flashing & Weather Barrier
After installation of exterior weather barrier, window/door/other flashings, lath, and expansion joints — before siding, masonry, or roofing. All penetrations must be sealed. Cold weather (below 40°F) requires tenting and heating before inspection.

Framing, structural members, shear walls, and all roughed-in electrical, mechanical, fuel gas piping, and plumbing before insulation or wall cover. Gas line pressure test (3 PSI minimum) required separately.
