    Before concrete pour — footings must extend below the 42-inch frost depth

    Structural Framing

    After framing complete, before insulation or wall cover

  3. 3

    Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical

    Rough-in inspections for all trade work before it is concealed

  4. 4

    Wall Coverings / Insulation

    Insulation and wall-cover inspection before drywall

  5. 5

    Final

    All work complete; required before Certificate of Occupancy is issued
