    Rough Framing

    Before insulation or wall cover

  3. 3

    Rough MEP

    Rough plumbing, mechanical, electrical inspected before covering

    Final

    Required before occupancy of the new/remodeled space

Applies to: Residential Building Permit (New Single-Family Residence)

    All underground work must be inspected before covering

    Rough Framing

    Framing inspected before insulation or wall cover
