   Underground fire-service piping supplying the sprinkler system inspected for depth, size, and type before backfill; tracked as its own review/inspection category (6 working days initial plan review per the Town's Turn Around Times document)

   Rough Sprinkler/Alarm

   Piping, sprinkler heads, alarm devices, and wiring verified before ceiling/wall close-in

   Final Fire Sprinkler/Alarm

   Hydrostatic/flow test and alarm functional test performed and verified against NFPA standards, the 2006 IFC as adopted, and approved plans

Applies to: Residential Addition / Remodel Permit
