  • Town Hall (and by extension Building Safety) works a 4-day, 10-hour week: Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm, closed Fridays — factor this into any time-sensitive submittal or inspection scheduling. (Residential Building Permit (New Construction))
  • All submittals are digital-only through the Town's iworq online portal (portal.iworq.net/WICKENBURG/new-request/700/2581); the Town does not accept paper plans, and all inspections are scheduled online (Fire Sprinkler / Fire Alarm Permit)

    Footings, reinforcing steel, and foundation elements per the approved foundation plan and 2018 IBC, before concrete pour

    Rough Trades (Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical) and Framing

    Structural framing and rough electrical (2017 NEC), plumbing (2018 IPC), mechanical (2018 IMC), and fuel-gas (2018 IFGC) work before cover; no commercial-specific published inspection checklist was found — sequence follows the Town's adopted 2018 code suite, confirm milestones with the Building Safety Division
