Tips
- As of April 16, 1995, no Town placement permit can be issued for a mobile/manufactured home lacking the required HUD compliance decal (dated no earlier than June 15, 1976) — this is a hard, decades-old cutoff, not a recent change.
- This permit type applies Town-wide zoning restrictions — only MH-4, MH-6, and MHP-zoned neighborhoods allow manufactured homes, and only Class A units (minimum 24 ft x 40 ft with a foundation wall) are permitted.
- No dedicated expedited review track for manufactured-home placement was found published by the Town; this file applies the Town's own general building-plan-review FAQ figure (3-day administrative review + 18 working business days) as the governing timeline.
